Amanda McAvena

I moved to NYC from the midwest in 2010 and currently live in Park Slope Brooklyn. I work as a licensed real estate agent at Compass and work with many investors, landlords and love helping people understand the NYC real estate market. Before joining Compass, I spent almost a decade working at various advertising agencies and worked as a Director of Strategy helping many fortune 100 brands with their marketing efforts. With a background in media investment, I have a solid foundation of deal analysis and I have helped many investors build a portfolio of properties that generate high returns. I'm also in the process of renovating my primary residence which also has a rental unit. I'm currently interested in multi-family opportunities in NYC, and also out of state investing. Originally from Minnesota, I go back to the midwest frequently but love Brooklyn and am raising my kids here. I'm also a founding member of the NYC InvestHer Group.
