I’m a 28 year old who is just starting in real estate. I work a full time job in tech and science in the Bay Area. Ideally I would love to do long distance rentals in the Midwest/southeast. I’m originally from Michigan, and would love to build a portfolio that allows me to leave the 9-5 world and have more time to spend back in Michigan with my family. Or even own a unit in CA that would allow my parents to live nearby cheaply.
