My husband, kids and I moved to the Atlanta area four years ago. We are looking for rentals and flips in the Atlanta market. Experience: We currently have 5 units. A quad in Decatur, GA and one SFH in Delaware. We are rehabbing one property in Atlanta and looking to purchase more for flipping and/or buy and hold rentals. Real Estate Goals: We want to have 15 multi-family units by the end of 2018 and would like to do five rehabs a year! Currently Seeking: I am looking for multi-family units and rehabs in the Atlanta market.
