Amanda Laney

After15 years as a independent pharmacy owner, I have pivoted in my career path. Enjoying real estate on the commercial side for the past 11 years, in May of 2022, I founded Ascent Properties, LLC. I currently own and manage both a LT and short term rental near Rose Hulman Institute of Technology. I am also now part of the CTC group where I am seeking out my first self storage deal. I am excited to grow my network and am looking for ways to integrate my business ownership skills into real estate industry opportunities. I have also earned my MLO (mortgage loan originator) license and am excited to partner with other investors, real estate brokers, and entrepreneurs to reach their greatest potential both personally and professionally.
