I moved to Southern Indiana, from San Diego, CA, in 2018. In 2019 I become a trucker after working over 22 years in sales - love driving, got tired of the office environment and was looking to stabilize my income. I currently have one duplex in Clarksville, IN, that cashflows about $300/mo. I've probably made ever error possible as a new RE investor, and then some, but that's how I usually learn. My goal is to acquire between 20-30 doors over the next 10 years, but I'm already 50, so a late starter, and yet I'm very motivated.
