Hello! My name is Amelia. I've been interested in buy and hold investing as a means of long term passive income for quite some time now and I'm finally ready to take the leap. I'm still in research and analysis mode, but will ready to make my first purchase within a year or so. I reside in Placerville, CA, but am looking to invest in the greater Sacramento and Davis areas.
