A2B Invest LLC was founded for the purposes of sourcing residential and commercial properties at wholesale levels to supply our investor and retails buyers with the discounted deals for either fix n flip or buy & hold. Experience: Andrew Ament, the founder and partner of A2B Invest LLC, previously attended the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio where he received his Bachelor of Business Finance with a Specialization in Commercial Real Estate. He has held Real Estate Sales Licenses in both Ohio and Arizona and is also a Certified Residential Appraiser. Andrew has been involved in numerous areas of real estate over the past 20+ years from REO Disposition to Relocation and Property/Project Management to Development, Sales, Valuations, and Acquisitions of Residential and Commercial property. He has worked for small organizations up to a Fortune 500 company. Real Estate Goals: To grow a successful real estate investment business primarily focused on residential properties in the Phoenix Metro Area, with an eye on building and expanding a national brand. Currently Seeking: To build relationships with other investors, both locally and nationally and to buy wholesale properties with margin for the purposes of either a buy and hold or fix n flip strategy.
