I am a father of three, who loves to travel the world and any kind of adventure. I have a degree in International Business. I am a serial Entrepreneur who always is looking for ways to improve a product or service, however day to day I am actively involved in my Real Estate business. From swinging a hammer from time to time to drive the company dump truck hauling construction materials. I love this game and no matter what business endeavors I engage in Real Estate is going to be a huge part of my day to day life. Experience: I've been involved in Real Estate in some form since 2006, I started with a Condo as my first rental investment then a single family rehab and I've been active ever since. Today I am partnered with a General contracting company which we work together to achieve positive cash flow through our businesses. I have my own businesses that provide specific services for my primary company which is a Real Estate Investment firm. We specialize in Buy and Hold rentals Secondly, complete rehabs that we purchase, rehab, then sell retail. Day to day my partner and I keep our crews busy with work from out of state investors and Banks With REO properties. Real Estate Goals: I want to transition into scaling my real estate business focusing around raising capital for sound investments within the greater Cleveland area. Essentially shift from a Real Estate service provider to increasing portfolio size specializing in single and multi-unit homes in Northeast Ohio. Currently Seeking: I'm seeking to build relationships with fellow investors exchanging information and insight.
