I am from Hays, KS and after graduating college I lived frugally while working in the oil industry. After a couple years, my family suggested that I consider investing in real estate instead of buying a new and unnecessary sports car. We have since purchased various properties in Lawrence, KS, bought and sold a duplex in Wichita, KS, and are currently purchasing a converted triplex in Ames, IA. I am interested in building my knowledge of real estate investing, finding opportunities for good rental properties, and expanding my network of contract professionals. Experience: I have purchased several rental properties in Lawrence, KS and a duplex in Wichita, KS that I lived in. We did significant remodeling to the Wichita duplex and sold it after a few years. I have been involved in a residential development deal in Hays, KS. Real Estate Goals: I would like to use real estate to generate a steady stream of income. Currently Seeking: I am looking for buy and hold rental property deals in Denver, Kansas City, or Lawrence, KS, and Ames, IA but will consider any opportunity that makes sense.
