I didn't even know there was a Rat Race to get out of until most of the way through 2021. I must have been in the back chasing butterflies as my rent checks disappeared into thin air. I am new to the real estate investing world and starving for knowledge. Rich Dad Poor Dad gut punched me into reality. I am looking to network and learn as much as possible so I can take ACTION towards my first rental property through house hacking. My goal is to buy my first property Summer 2022.
