About myself
Newbie to real estate investing, though I've obtained some experience through my day job. I'm also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Massachusetts. Recently moved to New York to start a new career in Great Neck. Looking to househack my first home (to the extent possible) and learn about up and coming areas in the NY/NJ market for buy/hold investing.
