Andrea McClary

Hey everyone! 👋🏽 I’m Andrea—super excited to be here in the BiggerPockets community! Right now, I’m diving into the world of MTRs, especially for traveling nurses. I’ve done some long-term rentals in the past, but I’m loving the MTR space for the steady demand and the chance to create cozy, furnished spots for folks on the move. Still soaking up all the knowledge I can, so I’d love to connect with anyone else doing MTRs—or just figuring it all out like me. Always down to swap stories, and lessons learned (the good and the not-so-glamorous!). Can’t wait to grow, learn, and laugh through the journey with all of you! 💬🏡
