Ive been interested in real estate as far back as my teens but acquired my first rental in my early 20's, using it as a furnished "corporate rental" which would now be considered a mid-term rental. Being from Detroit, the Auto Industry has always had a big need for housing families being relocated into the area. From there I became a Realtor, then added Property Management services and then acquired my Brokers license. I opened my own Brokerage, Time Wise Realty Group, so I could creatively work with investors to provide that one stop shop service for all things my investor clients need.
