About myself
I am new to real estate investing. I am looking to score my first deal in the next month or so. I am hungry to learn all I need to be successful. I would like to find hard money lenders who would finance 100% of the deals and rehab in my market (Philadelphia, New Jersey, & Delaware). I also would be interested in wholesaling deals as well as buy and hold as rentals.
