Andres Berdugo

I am a practicing license civil engineer in Texas with experience in land development and municipal capital improvement projects in Florida and in Texas practicing engineering 15 years. My experience in planning, design, cost estimating and technical specs, and construction administration and management related to roadway, water and sanitary sewer, and drainage improvements give me a unique insight how capital improvement projects impact growth and development in rural and urban areas opening up opportunities for real estate investment. With this knowledge and insight I have seen other people make fortunes by jumping in on these opportunities in single and multifamily, and commercial real estate investments. I've decided to make the transition from spectator and student of real estate investing (reading books and YouTube University) to an actual participant and doer. I officially formed my LLC in late March of 2019 and hit the ground running in the space of single family residential real estate while working full time in my profession. My goal is to to build wealth, financial stability, and economic freedom by investing in single family real estate through the means of whole selling, fix-n-flip, and with a strong emphasis on rental properties. Once I have feel I have done enough deals and hold solid performing rentals that I can replace my job, my next goal is to move into the space of commercial real estate investments by owning multi-family apartments, storage units, and metered parking lots. Areas of interest in real estate investment are Houston, TX, Florida (Fort Lauderdale, Tampa/Clear Water, Vero Beach, Miami), Mexico (Puerto Vallarta, Ixtapa, Cancun/Playa de Carmen), and Colombia (Bogota and Barranquilla). For now, my focus is Houston to get my feet solidly planted.
