6/28/14Looking to find my niche in real estate but decided that I want to buy and hold. Just started learning about real estate. Saving up for a down payment. Looking to buy my first rental within a year from today 6/28/2014. 6/1/15 I purchased my first rental in May 2015. It was in bad shape but after an intense month of work it was ready to rent with good positive cash flow.
