I am very new to real estate investing. I have begun doing the "required" reading. I started with "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and have expanded to the bigger pockets podcast. Next is "The E Myth." I am looking for any and all help and advice that anyone has for new investors. I bought my first house a few years ago and when I bought my second house I held onto the first one and now rent it out for a positive cash flow.
