I am new to real estate investing. I have heard some podcasts and read a few books. Experience: I have purchased a primary residence and my brother has purchased some rental properties. Real Estate Goals: I'm hoping real estate investing can help me find my way out of the "rat-race." Currently Seeking: I'd like to earn high single to low double digit rates of return, through buying and renting out property, if that's possible. I don't want to depend on housing appreciation (though I wouldn't mind it if it happened :o).
