Andrew Boehmer

Hey Everyone, I am an investor in the beginning stages of my real estate journey based on Jacksonville, Florida, currently completing my first deal. My passion for real estate began during the 7 years I spent in the construction industry. Now, 8 hours a day I’m a commercial lending professional at a large Bank, the other 16 hours are spent on my real estate obsession and occasionally sleep. Im seeking opportunities to provide value to real estate professionals in my local community via project management and renovation consulting as well as deepen my understanding of investment strategies in residential, commercial, local and long distance markets.
