EXPERIENCE: Currently own 6 doors in the SF Bay Area. Looking to invest in multi-family apartment complexes in Houston metro, DFW metro, Austin metro, San Antonio, Atlanta metro. WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE: 1. financial modeling/underwriting, legal, tax chops, investor relations 2. ability to raise capital (large professional network of HNW individuals in tech, law, finance from my prior careers at Google, Pinterest, Redfin, LinkedIn, McKinsey, private equity, Harvard Law School) 3. media platform: personal website + podcast Hack Your Wealth with a sizeable following WHO I WANT TO MEET ON BP: 1. a partner to do deals with, and potentially raise a RE private equity fund 2. someone who is *hardcore* and wants to work VERY hard (basically all your nights and weekends if you also have a day job like me) to acquire as much multifamily RE assets as possible to build as much wealth as quickly as possible to become financially free and be able to retire early 3. someone not afraid to travel (a lot, with me) to our target investment markets to scout, diligence, close, renovate, operate, and monitor our properties 4. someone who has previous RE investing experience (even if it's just SFH, duplexes, 4-plexes, etc) 5. someone who is willing and able to co-invest as GP and has disposable capital to invest (you're not living paycheck to paycheck barely making ends meet) 6. someone who has strong complementary skills to me: specifically, someone whose superpower (and passion) is operations, RE asset/property management, people management, high EQ 7. ideally someone who does not come from the same background as me, i.e., high-tech, finance, law GOALS: Achieve financial freedom through real estate investing. I know my freedom number.
