Hi guys! I'm 22 years old and live in Tempe, AZ. I'm very new to real estate but I think it looks promising and have a feeling the earlier I get started, the better off I'll be. I've attended a 3 day workshop for Response Real Estate and have access to some resources from that, like loans and some websites like deal desk. I really would like to wholesale a house for any amount of profit in the next 6 months (by the end of june) because they'll refund my tuition with proof of me doing that ;). Thanks guys!
