Andrew Hinkley

Hi all....My name is Andrew Hinkley. I am 46 years old and currently live in Los Angeles CA (Highland Park). I have only purchased 2 homes over the past 20 years. Both of which have been/are my personal residences. I am currently in works to rent my home and purchase another as my personal residence. This will be my first foray into what I hope to be a sizable buy and hold portfolio to create passive cash flow for years to come.
