Andrew Hartigan

I own a successful landscape/lawn maintenance company in Ponte Vedra Florida. My wife is an accountant. We have 3 young children. I have been educating myself on real estate investing for the past 6 months and am ready to get started. We have enough extra income to put 20% down on 3 homes a year in the ~$150k range. My plan is to use prospecting and marketing to secure at least 3 properties a year. Depending on the success I would like to maybe get into wholesaling/flipping. I have read a lot and now I need to learn more about my local market. I have listened to every BP podcast and really appreciate all of the contributors/owners time and Hard work. Other interests are my surfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with my family.
