My family has a full-time, full-service real estate investing business. We have a RE brokerage (agency, property management), a fix-and-flip business, and a portfolio of rentals in the greater CLE metro. My motivational speaking skills are pretty mediocre, but I know a little about flipping houses so I get asked to speak. Our team also works with other local and out-of-town investors. Lots of different ways... if it's residential, we can help. I'm happily settled in Avon, OH (20 minutes west of Cleveland) with my wife, 1 1/2 year old son, french bulldog, and brussels griffon.
