Hi Guys, I’m Andrew but go by Drew. I’m 25 years old and live in Akron Ohio, with my fiancé Brittany and our new 3 month old baby girl Adalyn! Excited to be here and sponge up all the knowledge I can and hopefully make some friends/connections along the way. Currently house hacking my first property which I’ve had for a year and a half and have built up 60k so far in equity through loan pay-downs and appreciation. Looking to use my equity I’ve built up thus far and make the next move on a new property.
