I have been investing in Real Estate in Metro Atlanta Gwinnet, Cobb, Fulton, and Barrow for 5+ years. I focus on buy and hold SFR, but want to scale in to medium multi family, mobile home parks, and self-storage. I am also interested in building to rent and building to sell - affordable housing to help the affordability crisis. I'm passionate about both learning and winning at RE and life.
