Thanks for viewing my profile! I have spent several years in the property management industry having done it all, from maintenance to leasing to management. I recently launched my own property management company, Covenant Property Management LLC, here in Greenville, SC with the goal of helping property owners meet their financial goals while also meeting the housing needs of residents and being a good landlord. I am also an investor and I currently own five rental units in Indiana. The experience of owning and managing my own properties (now managed by a PM since I live out-of-state) help me understand what property owners are looking to accomplish with their properties and put me in a unique position to help.
