I am new to real estate investing but fell in love with the idea of it when I began managing properties for my capital partner in early 2020. I learned as much as I could by doing it and by reading as many books, articles and forums as I possibly could. I've built relationships to help me get started and my goal is to focus primarily on 2-4 unit properties utilizing small banks to help me grow my portfolio and cashflow.
