Bought my first house hack duplex with a low income, state subsidized 0 down FHA loan. Learned about real estate from listening to bigger pockets podcast while donating plasma. Currently have 2 rental properties from Covid era that have spoiled my wife and I. Looking to get back into BRRR’s in small town Alabama.
