Andrew Scott

I claim to have been in Real Estate for 33 years. This is because in '87 I was born to a Real Estate Broker and Investor. Every since, I've been at the consultations, offices and closings right beside my Dad, RE Andre Scott (Development/Residential) . In '16 I began my licensed position career in the field and been a Listing Specialist every since. My niche is rehab, but I've moved some turn-key residential here lately in Western New York. Q1 I'm focusing on light rehabs to BRRRR and flip myself. I'll provide the property...you provide the funding. Simple. They call me "The House Plug".
