I've lived all over the US, most memories in Boston, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Tampa, Huntington WV, and Seattle. By day my secret identity is a mild mannered office worker managing international service contracts from Sarasota, FL. By night, I am known as The Real Estate Newbie and am learning from BP and other sources to take massive action! Interesting facts about me: I've traveled to 20+ countries I've walked through lava. I've swam with sharks. Ive been through a cyclone, hurricane, and typhoon in the same year. I went to 15 Schools (that I remember) before starting High School I am the luckiest guy in the world with an amazing wife, our first daughter, and a wonderful rescue pup! Experience: Little - before knowing what it was, I house hacked a property in my college town so I lived house payment free while attending. I also worked as a (not so handy) handyman for a 40 unit apartment complex for a few months. My stepfather has decades of experience managing ~25 low income properties and I'm hoping I've learned some through osmosis. Real Estate Goals: I'm partnering with my wife, sister, and brother-in-law to acquire Turnkey and BRRRR properties for Buy and Hold in the Sarasota area.
