Like so many real estate investors, i was introduced to the topic of real estate investing by the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and it has transformed by mindset ever since. I made the choice to use real estate as the vehicle to achieve my goals. My aim is to invest in multifamily homes and apartments. Experience: Recently acquired my first rental property, looking forward to entering the multifamily niche in the upcoming year.
