We renovate homes to "slightly above the neighborhood" and rent to teachers, firefighters, EMTs, veterans, animal rescue, etc. Investors provide private mortgages for the purchase and renovation of the homes. We provide low-risk, generous returns while still making a fair profit. Together with our investors, we work to drive slum lords out of business. Our mission is to encourage a productive lifestyle by providing a nice house that our residents are proud to call ‘home’. Our approach is broader than merely bricks and mortar. We create an environment of respect that is independent of economic status. If the HVAC system goes down, the roof starts to leak or the refrigerator breaks, we fix it...as financial painful as it might be. This is as much an investment in people as it is an investment in a real estate asset. Our capital is now fully invested and we are in the process of raising another round. Considering the volatile times, we are certainly cautious, but see this as a great opportunity. In late 2019 and early 2020, prices reached a point where it was hard to make the numbers (cash flow) work. We believe there will be excellent opportunities in our markets very soon and we intend to capitalize on them. I have extensive experience in general management and I understand the importance of knowing your customer. Our re-hab strategy is geared toward serving our particular customer with a cost-effective, and very desirable product.
