About myself
I received my Real Estate License in 2002 but did not use it right away. I went into the mortgage industry for 7 years and received my degree in accounting. I am currently pursuing my CPA while using my Real Estate License. I am interested in buying outdated homes and fixing them up to resell. I have many connections in the contracting industry and feel I have a good advantage for this type of investing.
