My life began when I was born in Massachusetts, USA; at seven years of age I moved to Rhode Island. My youth education took place in the local catholic elementary and middle schools in my town. My parents had a small shop where I knew I could capitalize and generate some income for myself. 10 years old at the time I was set to make a buck! I called the business “Andy’s Kid Shop.” The business sold small novelty items to customers that were also shopping at my parent’s shop. I don’t recall but that first business of mine didn’t generate much revenue; I didn’t break even, but that’s okay… I was money-hungry. I was young and ambitious to acquire the things I wanted; still under 11 years old, I remember I had a lemonade stand. Start-up cost was low, more like zero-dollars. I retrieved inventory from my household fridge with the household lemonade in a bottle purchased from the grocery store by my parents. In the pantry, my parents had plastic cups. I had a product to sell and a way for customers to consume the product. All I needed was a location for customers to purchase. I went into my basement, grabbed a small table and chair, placed it outside in front of my house on a dead-end street and waited for passers-by. I sold one or two cups but that was 100% profit into my pockets. When high school time came around, I attended the local technical high school where my area of focus was Automotive Body Repair. During my early teenage years, I wanted “things.” Those things consisted of clothes, disposable money for fun, electronics and other unnecessary things. My parents gave me the necessity but I wanted more, so I applied and got a job. Work life started at the local fast-food restaurant, Wendy’s. This time, I am working full time and attending high school full time. The money I was making in 40 hours wasn’t enough to match my needs. There had to be a way to make more money, minimum wage wasn’t cutting it. January 2012 is when I first began an entrepreneurial career that generated decent revenue. It started with a small online business, where I bought and sold products from the web and resold it on eBay. After eBay and a couple different job opportunities, I found myself working full time at a small MetroPCS dealer. MetroPCS is where I got my start at understanding the ins-and-outs of a small business. The sales training was vigorous and we had to sell, sell, sell! I ranked up at MetroPCS from sales representative to assistant manager to General Store Manager very quickly. I passed employees that were much older than me; more experienced than me, and spent more time in that company than I did. Why? Let’s say I was different, I was not a regular. I worked at MetroPCS for a little over a year. MetroPCS was great but I wanted more. Early 2014, I left MetroPCS to start Progression Wireless LLC. I had to own a business and not work for anyone else. Progression Wireless operated MetroPCS and Simple Mobile locations. We sold Cell Phones and Cell Phone service. I had multiple locations and many employees. At 20 years old, my company generated nearly $1,000,000.00 in gross revenue. If you have yet to see a pattern in my career, I always want more. In May 2016, I packed my things up from Rhode Island, and moved to Los Angeles, CA. I am focusing on my passion for passive income and building wealth and am in the real estate industry, my area of focus is on Turn Key Rental Properties. Wikipedia defines Turn Key Property as Turnkey real estate also refers to a type of investment. This process includes the purchase, construction or rehab (of an existing site), the leasing out to tenants, and then the sale of the property to a buyer. The buyer is purchasing an investment property which is producing a stream of income. I help investors find properties and especially educate new investors in getting their first rental property.
