I am married to an amazing wife, with 1 awesome son and 1 beautiful daughter. I have worked in the manufacturing industry as a chemical operator for the last ~10 years, prior to that I spent ~10 years in the freight business. I have come to realize that as times and economics change I will need to do more than just work a full time schedule plus ALL OVERTIME AVAILABLE to truly provide for my family's future, and to be alert and have energy for my family and hobbies. I am originally from Johnson City, TN but now have lived in Church Hill, TN since 2008. I am seeking wisdom, conversation, and other means of aid in acquiring property primarily for long term holding, however I am seeking to begin some cash flow by seeking “flippable properties” as I believe that REI sets the path best for my family's future. My goal now is to acquire at least 2 properties/year for the next 2 years. I am on fire for acquiring property and am very excited to get started and to start seeing my goals fulfilled!
