I am here because I am looking to learn and soak up information about REI. I am looking to someday get into a syndication and would love to learn the ins and outs of that, as I hope to someday be involved in investing and possibly being a sponsor in a syndication. I would like to find lenders, mentors, and others who are willing to share both knowledge and expertise to possibly one day become a peer investor. My dream is to own a large multifamily property, where I can create cash flow to fund future purchases. In the end, I am here because I want to someday replace my day Job, and create something for myself, with my skills and my talents, along with those of other great people. I have a back ground in Telesales, Retail Sales, Training and Facilitating and Public Speaking. I am a Photographer who also does high quality print work and framing for interior design dealers, and the occasional art gallery. I also am a bit of an art collector, though my collection is still quite small in the 40 piece range. I hope to someday marry my love for art, photography and Realestate investing, to create something that is unique and desirable. I look forward to hearing from those who have a positive and honest perspective and who are looking to be supportive and inspirational.
