I am the founder and one of 4 owners of a local management company working solely in the Elmira area since 2013. We have over 175 units under management and personally own over 50 units. We focus on renovating and rehabbing distressed buildings with a desire to improve neighborhoods while attracting high quality professional tenants to the units we manage and own. Through the complete renovation and rehabilitation of over 40 units in Elmira we developed a great working relationship and understanding of all city codes. This allows us to not only provide extremely safe but also attractive housing for our tenants. In addition to creating a strong working relationship with code enforcement, we have also fostered faithful relationships with those working within the entire investment property field. I have over 17 years in the business and am a licensed real estate agent This affiliation with Keller Williams of the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes allows us to access a wide variety of prospective tenants and provides our owners the ability to view new properties prior to being listed, which in many cases permits the purchase of these investment properties before they hit the market. Having a licensed agent also allows us to legally lease properties for owners who are not located in our area.
