I work in banking in Miami, FL. I'm happily married, teach salsa dancing, and like hanging out with friends and family. Experience: I own my primary residence as well as my former primary residence which is a 1/1 condo. Currently rented out. That's going pretty good, looking to get another SFR or MFR. Real Estate Goals: I want to buy and rent. I'd like enough cash flow to retire in 15-20 years. I really enjoy interacting with the tenants, especially when things are not breaking! I want the wealth to continue to grow decades from now so I can give away a lot of money. Currently Seeking: To purchase not too expensive cash flowing properties ideally not part of an HOA.
