I work for a property management company managing a 49 unit apartment building. I own my own production company that specializes in the promotion of small businesses, artists, musicians and small non-profits. For 5 years I was the Associate Editor of the Weekly Volcano Newspaper. I am a graphic designer, artist, musician, published writer and event producer (specializing in festivals and bus tours). I have a social media audience of over 12k locals in the Puget Sound area of Washington State. I am know here in Tacoma as the Duchess of Downtown. Experience: I currently work as Community Manager of a low-income apartment building. I am also trained in certifying residence for Tax Credit and HOME programs. Real Estate Goals: I would like to start by buying a 4-plex as a first time home buyer and then eventually invest in larger properties. I am working now toward building a better credit rating, saving money and learning as much as I can about investing wisely.
