I purchased my first house when I was 26 and used it as my residence for three years until I put it on the market as a rental and have been renting it out ever since. I then purchased my second house which I am currently living in it in 2011 here in Temecula. I want to learn everything I possibly can about real estate trends, do's and don'ts and everything in between so that I may eventually be able to provide for my beautiful family through real estate investing. I have been active duty military for 14 years, so I am definitely coachable and can adapt and overcome anything. I look forward to success in the real estate industry so that I may one day be able to pay it back by teaching others how to succeed in this industry. Experience: Invested in my first property in 2008, which is currently a rental property. Purchased my second home in 2011 in Temecula, which is my primary residence. Real Estate Goals: To become a successful real estate investor. I retire from the military in six years and want to make a living buying, selling and renting SFR's.
