My girlfriend, Angelina Johnson, and I have recently became interested in Real Estate investing. We attended a 3 day training program that wanted us to spend 30,000 dollars just to go on another training program that they claim would be investing in a community as well. Obviously if we are just starting out, we couldn't afford that, so we learned that BP would be the perfect community instead of a giant scam. We are looking for knowledgeable people to help us along our journey. We are located on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. We would like to invest locally, but the market is really expensive. If we could invest elsewhere in other states, we wouldn't be opposed.
