Hi BP community!! I'm a Chemical Engineer in the Cincinnati/Northern KY area looking to get diversified by adding real estate to my investments. I am seeking to network with investors, agents, property managers, contractors, and other newbies. Originally from Lima, Peru. Currently located in Cincinnati, OH. Goal is to achieve financial independence...don't want to rely on my W2 income and 401k for the rest of my life... I want to be able to surf and snowboard whenever I want, wherever I want. I want to explore the world without having to "request" time off... I truly believe real estate investing will make this possible. I am mostly interested in multi-family long-term rentals...but also interested in learning more about other strategies and opportunities. I own a duplex in Cincinnati and a SFH in Florence KY.
