On track towards my first deal in wholesaling. I am a blue collar Tradesman, Little League Coach, Mentor, Certified EMT, Husband and Father of four amazing children. I am also a master YouTube and DIY scholar. Climbing the corporate ladder seems too easy and leaves me with no sense of true accomplishment making someone else's dreams come true. I spend 4-5 of my 8 hour week days driving and that leaves plenty of time for audio books and podcasts to feed my hungry mind. It all started with "Rich Dad Poor Dad". From that point on I realized how possible it is to take more direct control of my life. My plan is to retire by age 45 by way of rental unit cash flow as well as wholesaling and maybe even flipping a few. I listen to bigger pockets on youtube every and one day hope to be a guest sharing my story.
