I live just North of Boston and, as you can imagine, the deals just aren’t here. In the past I owned 4 multi family properties (13 units), to which I sold, regretting that daily but focusing on bigger and better. I have also done some private lending. I am looking to get back into the game but potentially out of state investing. I’m investing my time in educating myself and trying to connect with other investors & teams to determine what my next best strategy will be. I’m mainly interested in Multifamily homes but open to single family homes as well. While I will be looking in western Massachusetts other Markets I am looking into include Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Indy, Dallas, Orlando, and Tampa. Happy Investing!
