Have been an on-site property manager for 14 years. Currently studying for my California Real Estate License. Would love to own and manage my own property, as well as invest and perhaps rehab and sell. Have been assisting a realtor with his acquisitions and property management. Recently took a transaction coordination class with the DRE.
