I have my retirement planning where I want it and realize that I will need to generate some extra income in retirement to replace social security (which won't be around when I retire) to maintain the lifestyle I want. I have decided to start building my knowledge in real estate investing and diversifying my portfolio with buy and hold properties. This seemed like the best place to start my journey!
