I have always been interested in real estate...my mom & I would spend weekends going through open houses. My only current investment property was my primary residence off and on over the past couple of decades. It's been a good, solid house, but I think now that the value has risen and I have a good amount of equity, it is time to start thinking about 1031'g it into a few new investment properties, to expand my investment portfolio.
