My name is Anthony, I’m a novice investor from Cleveland, Ohio. I’m currently house hacking my first purchase, which is a triplex. I have plans to purchase about 4-5 buy and hold rentals (preferably multi) per year for the next 10 years, which will allow me to leave my w2 and work in RE full time. I plan on mixing a few flips and/or wholesales in between buy and hold purchases as well.
