My wife and I bought our first house when I was 24. We've been homeowners ever since. I spent five years working for a construction/restoration company and as an employee have restored numerous house from a disaster event. I worked my way up to managing the rehabs for about six month before my family relocated to Terre Haute, Indiana in August of 2022. We have since focused on my wife's business she built from the ground up but we're looking to use some of the proceeds from our home sale to invest in rentals. We're open to all types of partnerships and hoping to make some progress soon this year.
